3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation

- Social login (Google or Apple)
When using social login:

- All activity under your account.

BeetEat allows users to create household or individual profiles that may include:

- Gender

- Activity level
- Target calories per meal
- Optional macronutrient targets
- Allergies and dislikes
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring that all health-related information is accurate.
- Having proper authority to enter data for other individuals in your household.
- Not entering data for minors under 16.

5. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
5.1 Not Medical Advice
BeetEat is not a medical, nutritional, or dietary advisory service.
All recipes, nutritional breakdowns, calorie estimates, and macro calculations are:
- Generated using artificial intelligence.
- Approximate and may not be fully accurate.
- Provided for informational purposes only.
They are not medical advice, and they should not replace consultation with a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or healthcare provider.
5.2 Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all ingredients before preparation.
- Confirming allergen safety.
- Checking food labels.
- Ensuring recipes are safe for your dietary needs.
We do not guarantee that recipes will be free from allergens or fully compliant with specific medical conditions.
5.3 Calorie & Nutritional Accuracy
Calorie and macro estimates are approximations generated by AI and may vary due to:
- Ingredient brand differences
- Portion variations
- Cooking methods
- Measurement inconsistencies
You acknowledge that repeated meals or variations may exceed targets, as indicated in the app.
6. AI-Generated Content
Recipes are generated by artificial intelligence based on your input.
You understand and agree that:
- AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs.
- We do not guarantee culinary results.
- Recipes may require adjustments in real-world cooking conditions.
We reserve the right to filter or reject unsafe or inappropriate input.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
BeetEat may offer:

- Monthly or annual subscriptions

7.1 Billing
Subscriptions are processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
By subscribing:
- You agree to Apple’s billing terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You must manage cancellations through your Apple account.
7.2 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with backend systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape content.
- Provide unsafe or harmful prompts intentionally.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

is owned by BeetEat or licensed to us.

You may not:
- Resell the Service.
- Repackage or redistribute large portions of content commercially without permission.

- Subscription billing issues managed by Apple

- Inaccurate health data you provide

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You may delete your account at any time via the app.
